Why Evolve? by Jeffrey Dettelis

U Evolve Buffalo may seem to be much more revolution than evolution. But anyone that knows Jillian Foit, Maria Waring and I, would probably agree that this fitness creation has long been forging by hammer, anvil, passion and will. Time under tension has strengthened its bond greater than any cast or contrived pseudo partnership could front. We are proud to make our first official announcement today as our partnership together as a single business entity, U Evolve Buffalo.

Originally U Evolve Buffalo was to be a training program that Jillian and I were working on to try and strengthen the bond between like minded fitness enthusiasts in Western New York. It was going to be a vehicle to bring the fitness community together based on it's common goal of long term physical, mental and emotional health. As fate would have it we found ourselves in a position along side Maria Waring with a need for a new training residency and our original concept would have to be put on hold. With all three of us in agreement, we decided to continue to foster our working relationship together along with our clients under one business moniker - U Evolve Buffalo. Many of our clientele have come to train with more than one of us so it made perfect sense to use UEB as our model & motto. Our original UEB Program concept needed to quickly evolve along with all three of our personal businesses, our new unified business, a new landing spot and all the infrastructure that was needed to be put into place. Evolution baby, evolution.
Well we can't give too much information away right now. We will have plenty of exciting news and updates to release over the next week, so stay tuned for all that good news. What we can say right now is, we will continue to service our own clients as their personal trainers as well as continue to conduct our own small training groups as we have in the past with some possible tweaks in time slots and days. With our new partnership we will be able to offer many more training opportunities to many more people with more available times and days of the week. The way we can do this is by utilizing each others individual skill sets through the usage of larger customizable  training programs, UEB created group classes as well as some of today's most popular nationally certified training classes. We have created and chose programs and classes that best fit into both our wheel house as instructors as well as what our core demographic of clientele desire. We are confident that we will have something unique to offer everyone that wants to better themselves through nutrition, exercise & mindfulness. What we have been asked the most is will we be offering a nutrition and accountability program? The answer is a resounding YES. Our nutrition program will have all the private and group interaction that so many people have come to enjoy. We have added new bells and whistles for greater accountability, access to more uniform information & recommendations and personal customization to your nutrition plan. We will be relaunching and re-branding the Heavy Metal Club and rolling out a whole bunch of brand spanking new stuff. This is just scratching the surface.
Until then Hang on Sloopy, the Grotto will be open for business very soon. Thank you all for your patience through this sudden transitional period. We promise that it will be worth the wait. It's evolution baby!
