What Is On the Schedule: Part 1- Should It Stay or Should It Go Now by Jeffrey Dettelis

  Our cutting room floor looks like a fitness program graveyard. The Tres Hombres have spent countless hours and days full of messaging, emails, phone calls, meetings and downing an oceans worth of Starbucks Coffee readying our schedule. We have been working harder than a sous chef in Hell's Kitchen getting to the core of what we want to present as our opening schedule. Our philosophy is always at the center of everything we have to offer. What is our philosophy? Nutrition, Exercise & Mindfulness - Nutrition is the cornerstone of  all fitness; Exercise is our tool of expression; Mindfulness is what we practice. That is the basis for all that we do. Strip out anything that is ineffective, or is out of our wheelhouse.   U Evolve Buffalo may seem to be much more revolution than evolution. But anyone that knows Jillian Foit, Maria Waring and I, would probably agree that this fitness creation has long been forging by hammer, anvil, passion and will. Time under tension has strengthened its bond greater than any cast or contrived pseudo partnership could front. We are proud to make our first official announcement today as our partnership together as a single business entity, U Evolve Buffalo .   Originally U Evolve Buffalo was to be a training program that Jillian and I were working on to try and strengthen the bond between like minded fitness enthusiasts in Western New York. It was going to be a vehicle to bring the fitness community together based on it's common goal of long term physical, mental and emotional health. As fate would have it we found ourselves in a position along side Maria Waring with a need for a new training residency and our original concept would have to be put on hold...
